Contest Rules and Eligibility
- Contest is open to all Citizens employees and their family pet(s).
- Photo or video entries must be of a living family pet.
- The photo or video must feature on the pet(s) being entered in the contest. The photo or video cannot include people.
- The photos or video must be appropriate for the workplace and suitable for posting online.
- You may enter only once per category.
- You may enter more than one family pet into the context. Also, submitted entry photos and videomay include more than one pet.
- Only one prize per winning photo and video will be awarded.
- By submitting photos or video, you verify that you are the photographer of each photo or video submitted and if the photo/video(s) are copyrighted, you have the legal authority to assign reprint rights to Citizens for the purpose of this contest.
- By participating in this contest, you agree to allow Citizens to post/display your photo or video entry.
- Human Resources will conduct an initial screening of all photo and video submissions to ensure entries comply with contest rules.
- The Employee Well-Being Program Champions will review all entries and vote on its finalists in each category.
- All employees may vote for their favorite of the finalists in each category and will only get one vote.
- Contest participants should turn off location services on their cellular devices, if using to take their photo or video, to minimize the risk of location metadata exposure on submissions.
- The top three winners in each category will receive a monetary award.
- Winners will be announced and displayed on the internal website and all photos will be available for viewing on this page.
